TVG Citizenship by Investment is the private-client citizenship practice of The Virmani Group ("TVG", "we", "us"), based in Business Bay, Dubai. What we collect
- Information you give us. When you enquire, book a consultation, subscribe to our briefings or use tools such as the Find Your Program questionnaire, you may provide your name, nationality, contact details and details of your goals and circumstances.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect limited technical data — such as your approximate location, device and browser type — to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the advisory service you have asked for.
- To send you the briefings or updates you have requested — and no others.
- To meet our legal, regulatory and due-diligence obligations, including those of the licensed agents and Citizenship by Investment Units we work with.
- To improve the clarity and usefulness of this website.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data, and we do not trade on the names of those we serve. Where a programme application requires it, we share information only with the licensed, government-authorised agents and authorities directly involved in your matter, and only to the extent necessary. Any third parties who process data on our behalf are bound to keep it confidential.
How we protect it
We work on secure channels and apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to guard against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you communications, at any time. To make a request, write to cbi@tvginvestments.com and we will respond promptly.
Cookies. This site uses only the minimal cookies needed to function and to understand aggregate usage. It does not run advertising trackers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.

- Visa-free access. Travel privileges attached to any passport are granted by destination countries at their discretion and can change at any time. Always verify entry requirements before you travel.
- Licensed agents. TVG works exclusively with licensed, government-authorised agents for each programme. Formal applications are lodged through those agents in accordance with each country's laws.
- No guarantee of outcome. Citizenship and residency are granted at the sole discretion of the relevant government. No adviser can guarantee approval, and TVG makes no such promise.
